Reynaldo “Rey” Ramirez is the Registrar for the English Language Institute at Florida International University. He is in charge of all registration and immigration records, which include payments, I-20s, immunization, and insurance. In addition, he is always there to help our students. He welcomes our students to the ELI and hopes they learn a lot. Rey is known for his patience and his willingness to help students.

Cecilia was born and raised in Miami, FL. Her family is originally from Nicaragua. She is currently a student at FIU majoring in Finance. After completing her Bachelor’s degree she hopes to create her own business. Cecilia has many hobbies such as fitness, shopping, and family time.
