At the English Language Institute (ELI), we are committed to providing high-quality, intensive learning experiences—from state-of-the-art facilities and experienced faculty to vibrant cultural excursions across Miami.

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund guidelines below to understand your options.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is strictly determined by the specific dates tied to your chosen ELI program.

• 80% Tuition Refund: Students are entitled to an 80% refund of their tuition fees, provided the official written cancellation request is submitted before the 80% refund deadline.

• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for requests submitted after the designated 80% refund deadline has passed.

2. How to Find Your Deadlines

Because deadlines vary depending on the length and term of your program, students must check their specific program’s schedule:

1. Visit the official ELI program page you are enrolled in.

2. Navigate to the “Important Dates” tab.

3. Locate the specific 80% Refund Deadline listed for your cohort.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that certain administrative fees are completely non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Application Fee: The initial application fee (which varies by program) is 100% non-refundable, as it covers the immediate administrative costs of processing your enrollment.

Important Note for International Students: If your visa is denied, or if you must withdraw due to extenuating circumstances, the above deadlines and non-refundable application fee policies still apply. Please ensure you monitor the “Important Dates” tab for your program closely.
