Intensive Conversation Program

The Intensive Conversation Program is a non-academic immersion program in English conversation. During this practical short-term course, students will talk, talk, and talk in English all day. If you want English conversation only, this is the program for you.

Students are tested prior to the first day of class to evaluate speaking and listening skills, and then placed in one of three levels of study: beginning, intermediate, or advanced.

The program includes:

• Extensive conversational practice
• Small classes to ensure full student participation
• Language laboratory instruction

Notes:

• This program is open to citizens and U.S. permanent residents, B1/B2 tourists and other visitors who are allowed to study.
• This program is not available to F1 international students. Those individuals interested in studying English for academic purposes in a longer program should apply for the Intensive English Program in order to obtain an I-20 form and apply for an F1 student visa at an American consulate.
• Dates, tuition, and fees subject to change without notice.
